Preppr serves City professionals meals for the week because to help reduce the repetitiveness of cooking after a tight-scheduled day.
Problem statement
We believe that by offering a platform of meal preppers who make homely food, we will achieve an increased amount of disposable time for professionals to spend on evening pleasures.
We will know this to be true when we see professionals use this app to prepare set meals after work.
Goals
Identify the excitements and difficulties of evening routines surrounding food and eating after work, and provide opportunities for improvement
Gain insight into the factors that influence a cooking and eating decision, outside or time

Persona
“I don’t like cooking after work, especially if I have gone to the gym”
Tania is a 26 year old city professional in London who works as a Client Relationship Manager. She lives at home with her 2 sisters, brother and mum.
Goals: Tania wants to eat homely food that her parents used to make when she was younger. She focuses on eating quality food that is less expensive
Updated problem statement: City professionals need a way to have consistently prepared meals after work
because they want to reduce the repetitiveness of cooking after a tight-scheduled day.
“I want to open the app, buy my meals and leave. Trying to do this isn’t clear”
Core customer needs
Some of the customer’s core frustrations are seen during their interviews, where mood influences eating decisions of users, along with the day of the week. The majority of participants order food online as a treat, or an option B. Option A was to cook at home.

Future steps
Add a feature for Meal Preppers to manage their incoming orders
Conduct more user tests to see how relevant the Lifestyle section of the app is. This section had mixed reviews
Inquire more into the ‘mood’ aspect of eating/cooking decisions of users, through user interviews
Further narrow my panel of categories on the app
